Sales Manager Job In Malaysia

Job description

An accomplished and results-oriented sales manager is needed by a well-known healthcare organization to spearhead sales initiatives, boost revenue, and increase market share. Managing and inspiring the sales staff to meet and exceed their goals will be your responsibility as the sales manager.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • In accordance with the business plan of the company, in charge of setting monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Capable of formulating and executing a sales and marketing plan for the designated company’s brand in order to achieve sales targets.
  • In order to strategically grow our clientele, we must find and chase new leads, contacts, and revenue prospects.
  • Effectively promote our products and solutions by cultivating and preserving strong connections with important stakeholders, customers, and opinion leaders.
  • In order to guarantee peak performance and target achievement, lead and oversee the sales team by offering direction, encouragement, and coaching.
  • Respond to the tender documents by composing reports, proposals, and supplementary materials.
  • Keep accurate and current records pertaining to marketing, sales, and business development.

Key Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in business, life sciences, or a similar discipline.
  • Must be in a managerial position for at least three to five years and have a track record of success in the medical field.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and guide a sales team.
  • Experience managing hospital projects is an added benefit.
  • Strong relationships with MOF, KKM, and JKR.
