Job Summary:
To join our team, we are looking for a proactive, well-organized Personal Assistant/Lead Generation Specialist who speaks Arabic and English. The ideal applicant will be in charge of lead generation activities. Someone with 8×8 experience and a great aptitude for efficiently managing communications and follow-ups is needed for this full-time role.
Lead Generation Duties:
Outreach: Use 8×8 for communication management while reaching out to possible customers via phone, email, and messaging apps.
Lead Follow-Up: To foster relationships, give further details, and advance leads along the sales funnel, follow up with them.
CRM Management: Keep customer interactions and lead statuses accurate and current by updating and maintaining CRM systems.
Reporting: Create and deliver weekly and monthly summaries of the activities and outcomes related to lead generation.
