Key objective
In order to guarantee the efficient operation of UEFA’s communications section, the personal assistant is essential to the communications director.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitating the work of the Communications Director, including:
- Overseeing the director’s daily agenda, serving as the initial point of contact, and recognizing and responding to priorities and imperatives
- Managing all hotel reservations, travel plans, and costs on behalf of the director and other division members as needed, particularly during significant events.
Managing administrative activities and support for the director and division, including:
- Working with the appropriate contacts in the Finance Division to coordinate the divisional budget, purchasing management, and reporting processes
- Mail, gifts, stationery, and other items are arranged at the office, office relocations are planned, and the office, its projects, and its services are managed smoothly, for instance through collaboration and information sharing within the division.
- Managing division ticket sales for club tournaments, EURO finals, and the entire season.
- Managing the Media Committee’s operations, setting up divisional meetings, and serving as the group’s leader Planning social gatherings for employees
- Making the necessary presentations, reports, minutes, and action lists
Assuming event-related duties, including:
- Serving as the Communications Division’s Group Relations Coordinator (GRC), which includes responsibilities for ticketing, accreditation, managing business and guest personnel, travel, and hotel management
- Helping out at UEFA events as needed
Requirements:
Experience:
- At least 4 years in an international or multicultural environment
- 1-3 years in a similar position as a personal assistant to a director
Education:
- High school degree or commercial apprenticeship
Languages:
- English: Proficient
- French: Proficient
