Sales Assistant – ZARA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make sure daily goals are regularly reached.
- Welcome guests and find out their requirements and desires.
- Explain the fabric care directions to the customer and describe the goods.
- Based on the needs and preferences of the consumer, suggest, choose, and assist in locating or obtaining merchandise.
- Determine sales pricing, total purchases, and accept and handle card or cash payments.
- Respond to inquiries about the shop and its offerings.
- Keep up with the latest security procedures, payment and exchange rules, and offers and promotions.
- Every folded item needs to be folded correctly and placed in the right sequence.
- Keep an eye out for, identify, and know how to prevent or deal with security threats and thefts.
- Stock inventory and new stock requisition.
- A price tag should be attached to every item, and stuff should be arranged and displayed to increase sales.
- Accept returns and exchange goods for clients.
- Make sure the floor is clean, as well as the shelves, counters, and item stores and showroom windows.
- Clear the changing rooms on a regular basis.
- Assist clients in fitting or trying on items
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years experience in a Customer Service / Sales role
- Minimum of High school certificate with fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
- Cheerful attitude and with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and target driven environment
