As an FX Trader at Optiver, you will:
- Develop and manage high-frequency FX trading strategies
- Analyze macroeconomic trends and interest rate shifts across Asian markets
- Identify and act on trading opportunities in spot FX, forwards, and FX futures
- Work closely with quants to enhance pricing models and risk tools
- Use proprietary algorithms and automated systems to execute trades
- Monitor market liquidity and optimize execution strategies
- Manage portfolio risk within predefined limits
- Stay up to date with regulations across Asia’s FX markets
- Report insights, trends, and risk evaluations to senior leadership
