🛠️ About the Role

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, heating and cooling systems, and domestic appliances throughout the hotel. Your work will ensure that all facilities operate efficiently to provide an exceptional experience for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain plumbing systems including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Set up and maintain HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing and water systems.
• Carry out emergency plumbing and mechanical repairs as required.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of kitchen and laundry appliances.
• Perform routine inspections and safety checks across the property.
• Liaise with contractors for larger maintenance and renovation projects.
• Ensure all hotel fixtures and fittings are safe and up to code.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective repairs.
• Maintain strong working relationships with both colleagues and external service providers.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• S/NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Domestic Plumbing or equivalent.
• Excellent grooming and professional appearance.

• A positive attitude with a focus on quality customer service.
• Flexibility to handle various work scenarios, including emergencies.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or construction industry is an advantage.
